Turns out, I coach exactly the same way.
As a doctor, I was trained to look at seemingly unrelated pieces of information and ask: What is actually going on here?
And because of this, I don't stop at the symptom, I look for the pattern underneath it.
And when I started coaching professional women, I realized I was doing the exact SAME exact thing.
