These are just a few of the hats I get to wear each day. And prior to finding the confident mom method, I found myself drowning and barely treading water for years.

What may surprise you to hear though, is that my burnout journey happened before kids. Before doctorate school. In fact, without this Faith-Based system... I would not be where I am today...

The journey to motherhood started with heartbreak for me. At the start of my second year of chiropractic school I became pregnant. And I freaked out. Could I do this? Is it possible to be a good mom and a good doctor? Did I make a mistake? And before I knew it.... we were losing our angel babe.

Chiropractor, Coach

After healing and grieving what would have been our first child I decided from that point on that I would never take a child for granted again. I would be the best mom and doctor I could be no matter what. And that is exactly what I pursued when we had our rainbow baby in December of 2021.

After having my daughter, though, I realized that many mothers stay stuck in the very same anxiousness that I started with. Unsure. Overwhelmed. Feeling pulled in many directions.

I want to ensure that as many mothers as possible understand the blessings that motherhood and business bring. Two of the hardest experiences can not only coincide together, but they can inspire one another, drive one another, so long as God is the rightful foundation for both.

One of my fav quotes from Pastor Craig Groeschel

Everything in business is learnable, fixable, and figureoutable.

You don't have to be a workaholic
to be successful. Really.
